Kavanah Intentional Connections LLC (“Kavanah,” “we,” “us”) runs this website and the Intentional Connections app at app.jewishkavanahconnections.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

The information you give us when you book a consultation, buy a program or membership, fill out a form, or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to share. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.

How we use your information

To provide our matchmaking, coaching and speed dating services, schedule your sessions, process payments, answer your questions, and send you messages about your account and bookings.

Text messaging and your phone number

We use your mobile number to send verification codes, booking reminders and the account notifications you choose. If you also opt in to news, events and offers (for example the optional box when you sign up for the app), we may send you marketing text messages from Kavanah Intentional Connections about events, programs and offers. Marketing texts are sent only with your consent, and consent is not a condition of membership or any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS provider) who deliver messages for us.

Emails and newsletters

We send the emails you need about your account, bookings, purchases and receipts. If you choose to receive news, events and offers (for example by checking the box when you sign up for the app, subscribing on our website, or asking us), we may also send you newsletters and promotional emails. These are delivered through our email service providers (such as Square), who may use your email address only to send our messages. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by writing to kavanah@intentionalconnectionsdatingapp.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop the account and booking emails you need.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (website hosting, scheduling, payments, email and text delivery), under terms that limit them to that task, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
